Welcome to Sacred Well Yoga

Register for classes online, in person or by mail. Advanced registration is not required, but is highly encouraged. Please check online to confirm class time and to make sure a class has not been cancelled. Schedule is subject to change. See our most current schedule and browse the pricing options on our online scheduler. We have numerous pricing options with generous expiration dates. If you have a family or medical emergency that requires you to be away from your practice for some time, we will graciously extend your pass expiration date (once per calendar year). We cannot offer refunds or transfers on numbered class passes or unlimited passes.

New to Yoga?

Starting something new can be scary and intimidating. At Sacred Well Yoga, we understand how you may be feeling, and take the utmost care in helping you to feel welcome. We help you get settled in, and explain each pose with details that help you find ease no matter what your body restrictions may be. This attention to alignment and comfortable room temperature keep you safe as you practice. Also, every class, every day is different than the next. Through thoughtful instruction, our classes give you the tools you need to develop your own practice at your own pace. New Students are also eligible for special pricing packages for as little as $20. We are conveniently located in the Panera Bread Building at 450 West Broad Street, Suite 320 in Falls Church City. Congratulations to Our Participants

The following students who participated in the 28-day Yoga Challenge. The Challenge was to practice yoga EVERY day during the month of February and 21 practices had to be in-studio classes. Some came in the wee hours of the morning, many doubled-up, and all are amazing. Please help me in congratulating them. Participants who met the challenge are Sally Ekfelt, Catja Mahr, Mary Jane Ross, Janice Sandlin, and Janet Walden. Participants who were close to the goal are Greetje Keith-Bouwouf, Maryann Fox, Karima Azzouz, and Sharon Zackula. Thank you all for your participation and support of these wonderful students.
